Posture Analysis Assessment

Posture correction in physiotherapy refers to the assessment, treatment and training processes aimed at improving a person's body alignment and positioning during static positions (e.g., sitting, standing) and dynamic movements (e.g., walking, lifting). It involves correcting imbalances in muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination to achieve optimal postural alignment and biomechanics.

Correcting posture helps alleviate pressure on joints, muscles, and ligaments, reducing pain and discomfort.
